Indulge in the finest ‘home-made’ from scratch baked delights. We can make your special occasion as memorable as our one-of-a-kind culinary creations.

Our small, private licensed and insured commercial kitchen specializes in creating unique flavors and designs using only the freshest, high-quality ingredients – instant mixes and bland flavors have no place here! We even go to the extent of making our own vanilla extract.

YES, everything is made fresh from scratch, by hand, not in a factory.

Do make us aware of any and all dietary restrictions and/or allergies at the time of pre-ordering and/or sampling our products.

We do have full-service storefront, reception area and a Ready To Serve (RTS) refrigerated case where we keep some items on-hand, but call in advance to see what’s immediately available. 


Please, feel free to browse to see what we have to offer and let us know how we may be of service to you. Formal consultations/tastings are available for up to 2 guests total with a $25 private
tasting fee. Due to our small intimate setting, only 2 guests will be permitted in the reception area at one time, unless otherwise specified. Also, do make us aware of any and all allergies prior to meeting with us and consuming any of our products.

We strongly suggest that you book an advanced appointment to meet with us at our shop, due to our hours of operation may vary based on our volume of business. We are usually open from 10am until 6pm, Tuesday’s through Saturday’s. Unless we have an event, we are closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s (yes, we do schedule events on Sunday’s and Monday’s). If by some reason we’re not at the shop or haven’t replied to your email(s) within 48hrs, please give us a direct call.

Prior to meeting with us for your appointed consultation, we suggest that you have your design ideas with you. If requested for us to design for you, there will be a $25.00 surcharge applied to your order.

Weddings/Special Occasions

All wedding/special occasion orders (mainly tiered and custom cake designs and large orders) are retail base priced at $6.75 per serving require a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of placing your order. Order requests during nationally acknowledged holidays will require an additional surcharge to your total pricing. Your retail orders are to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event, unless otherwise specified and your wholesale vendor/venue package orders with surcharges are to be paid in full at time of ordering. along with your signed Agreement Form/invoice or your order will be not be processed without a refund. This is to ensure that your date is properly reserved on our busy sporadic calendar and your order receives our undivided attention, as well as us making advanced purchases for items/ingredients that are required for your order.

This is to be be clearly understood prior to you placing your order. Any and/all grievances are to be brought to our attention within 24 hours after receiving your order or your grievance will be respectfully dismissed.
